The "Emergency Call" programme, produced by Sera Film and hosted by Murat Serezli has won the "Best Reality Program of the Year" award at the 2nd International Diamond Awards.

The programme, which brings to the screen the stories of real calls to 112 operators, whose voices resonates with all corners of our country, is a production that shares the emotional moments of the operators in one shift and the strange and difficult aspects of their jobs with the audience.

On Emergency Call, audience got the opportunity to watch; the emergency aid teams directed to the scene and the call operators giving people in need psychological support and trust until the aid teams arrived at the scene with all the lives saved by a momentary decision.
